We asked to swap rooms once we saw the first room but then realised the standard was the same throughout! Marks all over the walls and very dirty! Both mirrors in the two rooms we saw had mould coming through. Both chairs were worn out and needed replacing. The curtains had stains and holes in them! Wouldn’t stay there again! Also the rooms are very small compared to what is seen in photos! It is in a convenient location and close to transport links!

We’ve always enjoyed staying here. The hotel is a short ride from Schipol Aiport. It’s conveniently located near the train line. The friendly, multilingual staff is more than happy to answer any of your questions. Our rooms have always been nice and without complaints. It’s even a short to some good restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Room was decent wasn’t very clean had a stain on the bed and marks all over the walls and the curtains was so dusty and had black stains all over them and the shower looks like it had never been cleaned as can see on the photo but the staff was lovely and very welcoming i paid just under £700 flights and room and I didn’t feel like it was worth that breakfast was the same fir 4 days straight but was nice and it was close to all transport so that was the only plus

Hotel rooms are cleaned and fresh towels left every day. Large rooms, bathroom big and good shower. Friendly staff Phillip on reception was quite a character always happy to help and have a laugh with you. Location is excellent very short walk to station and Amsterdam central one stop away on train no more than 10 minutes away. Lots to choose breakfast lovely fresh bread cereals cakes and always a hot choice if you want it. Buy a travel pass from the Spa it’s cheaper than the actual station and we’ll worth doing let’s you travel on metro, train and all trams. Spent three nights here in March 2024 would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and friendly staff.

Dissatisfaction with a group booking

Seems like this hotel doesn't care about reviews, they never replied to any review. This shows how they treat customers. Booked directly with their Reservations department for a group booking (huge amount), they charged on my credit card but never sent a receipt or invoice. Being on a long Europe tour myself, couldn't keep track and I was not aware about the booking. There is no email notification nor any sort of communication, until the next day an email sent saying no show and no refund to us of course. I requested at least keep the amount as credit for next time since it is low season in February and we book from them from time to time, but they didn't even care. No more cooperation with this hotel from us, the hotel staff is cold. Location is not even in the centre, you need to take train to Amsterdam city centre. Bad management leads to dissatisfaction from customers. Management should take action about it.
